Schedule Your SPOT Introductory Conversation

You have been invited to schedule a conference call because your screening responses indicate that you may be a strong candidate for the SPOT initiative. This conversation is not an interview and not a sales call. It is a mutual evaluation to determine whether this opportunity is the right fit for both sides.

You'll need the access code from your invitation email to submit the form below. If you haven't received one, you haven't yet been invited to this step — please complete the Screening Application first.

Purpose of the Call

This call is designed to:

  • clarify your goals
  • answer key questions
  • explain expectations
  • determine readiness
  • assess mutual fit

Not everyone who schedules a call will be invited to continue.

What This Call Is Not

To respect time on both sides, please understand: this call is not

  • a coaching session
  • a consulting session
  • a brainstorming session
  • a business strategy call

Those come later if you are accepted into the training.

Preparation Requirement

To schedule, you must agree to the following:

  • I will be prepared and on time
  • I understand this is a professional conversation
  • I have reviewed the SPOT overview page
  • I understand this is a selective process

Scheduling Instructions

Schedule at least 3 days in advance. Use the form below to select a date and time — available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our preferred window is 11:30 AM-1:00 PM, but any weekday time in that range works. Calls are conducted via conference call, limited to 20 minutes. Upon confirmation you will receive dial-in details via email after booking. Or, if your desired time/day is unavailable, we will suggest an alternative appointment.

Professional Expectations

Please return to this page to reschedule if you are unable to keep your appointment. Missed calls without notice may prevent future scheduling. Professional reliability is part of the evaluation process.

After the Call

Following the conversation, one of three outcomes will occur:

  1. Invitation Forward — you will receive information to the "Next Step" (start Level 1 training).
  2. Deferred Decision — you may be invited to re-apply later.
  3. Not Selected — you will be notified respectfully.

Enter the code you were emailed after your Screening Application was reviewed. This form requires it — if you haven't received one yet, you haven't been invited to schedule a call.
