A Professional Pathway for Building Real Businesses

SPOT is a structured mentoring and business-development framework designed to help capable individuals build real enterprises, develop professional credibility, and create long-term income through disciplined execution and business diversification.

Operated by Local Computerized Services (LCS), SPOT is built for people who want to create something meaningful — not just look for opportunities.

What SPOT Is

SPOT is a progression system that develops individuals into capable business builders through real-world experience, one level at a  time. Participants begin individually, build their own businesses, and advance only through proven performance. Team opportunities come later — after professional readiness is demonstrated.

What SPOT Is Not

SPOT is not:

  • a job placement service
  • an online course platform
  • a passive-income program
  • a motivational seminar

SPOT is practical, performance-based development for individuals willing to do real work. We are not co-owners or partners of your new business. You retain 100% ownership of all enterprises that you create through our guidance.

SPOT exists for one purpose:  To turn talent into value.

It does this through:

  • one-on-one mentoring
  • real business creation
  • measurable outcomes
  • earned advancement
  • long-term professional formation

The SPOT Progression

All participants begin at Level 1 and advance only when they are ready. There are 3 required progressive levels.

Level 1 — Entrepreneur (Basic Training)

Participants work individually to build their first income-producing business while developing professional discipline, judgment, and execution ability. This level establishes independence, accountability, and credibility.

Level 2 — “The Draft”

Participants who successfully operate their first business may elect to join a small team (2–3 people) to build a second enterprise together. This level develops collaboration, leadership, and higher-level decision-making.

Level 3 — “All Star”

Participants with proven track records may apply for advanced team formation (3–5 members) to build their third business.

Selection is based on documented performance, reliability, professionalism, and results. Completion of this level fulfills the three business requirement for diversification.

Champion Recognition

Participants who continue building successful enterprises beyond the required three may be recognized as “Champions”.

Champion status is not required.  It is simply recognition for sustained excellence and long-term performance.

The Foundation: Professionalism

Most people are never formally taught how to operate as professionals.

SPOT emphasizes:

  • time discipline
  • clear communication
  • responsibility
  • reliability
  • sound judgment
  • leadership behavior
  • long-term thinking

These traits are developed through real work, not theory.

Advancement

Advancement within SPOT is:

  • earned
  • voluntary
  • performance-based

It is never automatic or guaranteed.

Who SPOT Is For

SPOT is designed for individuals who:

  • want ownership, not dependency
  • are willing to be coached
  • want to build real businesses
  • are capable but underutilized
  • are serious about long-term success

SPOT is not intended for spectators or casual participants.

Entry Point Screening

All qualified participants begin with Level 1 Basic Training. The first step is to determine whether the program is a good fit. We respect your time and ours. A short application helps determine whether this is a strong mutual fit.
