SPOT is a serious, performance-based mentoring program designed for individuals who want to build real businesses and develop professional discipline. Because the process begins with one-on-one mentoring, we start with a short screening form to determine whether the program is a strong fit. Not all applicants move forward, and that is intentional. We only schedule introductory calls with candidates who appear ready for this level of commitment. This is not a test. It is simply a mutual fit evaluation.
