Our basic investigation is called a "Needs Analysis" and it serves as a road map for change.  You may choose to implement our recommendations with your own staff, using this as your guideline.

Our Needs Analysis Fees:

1. 25 - 2,500 employees = $1,500
2. 2,500 - 5,000 employees = $3,000
3. Above 5,000 employees = $5,000

In addition to the Needs Analysis, we are available to help you implement our recommendations.  For all consulting projects, we charge $185 per hour, at a minimum of 60 hour blocks.
