LCI Certification Course Syllabus

While you waiting to be placed on a team, you are required to take your LCI Certification coursework.  We are actively forming your team as you work on your certification.

You will want to view the certification course "Syllabus" by clicking on the button below (see "Syllabus" below).  You are required to register for this self-guided tutorial course (see "Course Registration" below).  Once registered, you may then acquire your course materials and begin reviewing it immediately.  Please begin by reading the two course text books (Lean Solutions & PMBOK).  You will also need to read the supplemental publications.

There will be certification exams for this tutorial.  All exams, quiz', discussion forums, and assignments will factor heavily into your grade.  You must have an overall 3.0 minimum to acquire your certifications.  If you decide to start this online course, you are expected to complete it.  This self-paced course is comparable to a typical college semester-type.  You will have up to 14 weeks to complete your certification.  You likely complete this coursework before the 14 week deadline.  Once you have completed the coursework you will take the certification exam.  We will provide you with the results and your certification upon successful completion.  You will be guided through this tutorial on a step-by-step basis.
