Our Rates

Our fees are based upon your specific needs.
  • Needs Analysis

    Our basic investigation is called a "Needs Analysis" and it serves as a road map for change.  You may choose to implement our recommendations with your own staff, using this as your guideline.


    Our Needs Analysis Fees:

    1. 250 - 2,500 employees = $1,500
    2. 2,500 - 5,000 employees = $3,000
    3. Above 5,000 employees = $5,000
  • Hourly Rate

    In addition to the Needs Analysis, we are available to help you implement our recommendations.  For all consulting projects, we charge $125 per hour, at a minimum of 60 hour blocks.

  • Memberships

    All our clients recieve our continuing educational series by means of annual memberships.  For those that purchase blocks of consulting hours, the first year membership is FREE.  Otherwise, membersihps are charged per individual, and you can have as many of your employees as members as you'd like.  All members qualify for our initial LCI (Lean Continuous Improvement) online certification.
